Harriet Gendall
Harriet Gendall is a doctoral researcher focusing on the revitalisation of local food culture in Peru - in particular the revival of the ‘lost’ Andean root crop mauka (Mirabilis expansa). She previously worked for Kew’s Economic Botany Collection in London.
