Rohit Nandha is a London-based designer, whose research focuses on the intersection between architecture and the poetics of food. Using speculative scenarios and hands-on artefacts to construct future narratives, Rohit’s approach explores our current food standards, cultural food rituals and architectural strategies through a localised and regenerative lens.
