Luciane Pisani
Luciane Pisani is an art director and graphic designer from Brazil, based in London, UK. Over the period of a decade she worked across many publications for Abril Group, in that time the leading publishing house in Brazil, for monthly consumer and lifestyle titles, such as Bravo (an arts & culture magazine), MTV Magazine (music magazine), Arquitetura e Construção (architecture magazine), and for some women's lifestyle magazines. In London, while undertaking an MA in Graphic Design at LCC, she became the graphic designer for Diva - the world leading magazine for LGBTQIA women and non-binary people. After completing the MA she decided to work independently for a variety of arts-based projects while she started researching for the production of independent magazines in the UK. She co-founded and edited community magazine Village Raw and co-founded, art-directed and co-edited Where the Leaves Fall magazine. She now also designs The New Internationalist magazine and undertakes a variety of freelance roles.
